The most interesting part about our work is not the service itself, but the way we approach each project. Each client has his or her own goals and requirements which we always take into account. Though each project is unique, the process remains unchanged. This is where we make a difference.

In our industry, projects are often handled on an ad-hoc basis. Design teams often work with sales team, marketing teams or even top management to develop new products. In this process, concepts are often created and presented as mockups. These 3D models are then used for production mock-ups. Unfortunately most 3D renderings are only shell models and they don’t contain the internal product functions. In truth, design teams seldom work with engineering teams, and they lack the necessary engineering experience to develop products that can be manufactured. Therefore 3D files are only partially useful and may generate a false perception of what is really feasible. So problems often start when all involved parties have signed-off on final design and the product is transferred over to manufacturing.

At ANSEMA, we adopt an entirely different approach. The founder of ANSEMA is a Mechanical Engineer and our success relies largely on his expertise. Our renderings are always based on working 3D models, which are built as assemblies comprehending all necessary manufacturing details. These files are used for renderings, mockups and the final product alike. Our approach combines industrial and mechanical designs and provides a result that closely resembles the final manufactured product. Besides being the link between internal design team and manufacturing, we streamline companies’ development processes thus contributing to significant resource savings.
